a bit OT...How long do you give a reseller before calling them about RMAs?

How long should I give them before I call and ask what's going on?

Like...1/2 business days, 2/3 days?

I'm quite the impatient one...submitting the form saturday night, and expecting a reply by now...hehe (gotta RMA my tbird...must have it back....*sniff*)

But, how long should I wait before calling them?

It's the squeaking wheel that gets the grease. If you aren't in their face the guy that is gets all the attention. Remember that you are costing them money, you are part of the overhead. If they can ignore you long enough for you to go away it's all to the good and the bottom line. Why should you have to beg them to give you what you have already paid for? Some outfits never respond to E-Mail requests. One thing about buying locally, if worse comes to worse you can always get Bubba and Leroy from the pool hall to serve as your negotiating team.
