A bit on the cynical note: why ppl. keep using the word suicide rather than kamikaze?

Just a tought (so don't hate me for this, it doesn't change anything)

In my understanding suidide is an act of killing one's self for the usual reason of having enough of life, while Kamikaze is the sacrifice of ones life for a certain cause. (like the japans in Pearl Harbor)
I just wondered if it was in a blood-thirsty anger and sorrow ppl. want to degrade these "evildoers" as much as possible (as suicide sounds more degrading). Or is there another reason for this.

I KNOW that they are in Hell so don't flame me.

Well, I think the reason is that Kamikaze is a Japanese word and made a lot more sense in the context of fighting the Japanese

kamikaze is Japanese for ?divine wind?

In other words, it's Japanese.

You wont see kamikaze on TV, because of political 'rectumtude, but in America it is accurate and correct, since this isn't Japan. In NYC it's mainly arab bombers, arab fire bombers, or arab bomber attacks.

<< Thanks Reitz, the best one yet! >>

Someone else pointed out it was singled out for Japanese people before that post did they not?

Just saying is all.

kamikaze means "divine wind" it has nothing to do with giving your life for a cause. It was associated with japanese suicide pilots in world war II.
