Elderly Floridians can keep track of 23 bingo tickets at once, but they can't figure out a single ballot.

Florida's lottery is one of the most popular. They should implement scratch ticket voting. You scratch off the name of the person you want to vote for. One in 10,000 ballots wins a prize. Voter turnout would soar.

(Note that I didn't come up with any of that myself.)

Grrr...I searched for a link to it, rather than a copy. I always prefer to allow people to go to the original site (or as original as where I found it).
