A bit odd on metacritic info

The Metacritic web site, for game LostWinds [2], shows 95 user scores averaging 3.0/10, but only shows three actual user reviews with scores of 10, 10, and 9.

Is this a case where only three of 95 left reviews, and they just happened to all be so different from the other ratings?

Or does Metacritic limit what's shown?

(This is the Wii version, the PC version has zero commercial or user ratings).
 
Right - the issue wasn't the 3 reviews for 95 ratings. It was a 9, 9, and 10 for 95 ratings that have an average 3.0 out of 10.
 
So the three people really liked it (or just posted positive reviews to mess with the ratings) and everybody else didn't.

I find it more odd that the only written reviews are positive, which is in direct opposition of the rest of the community. I'm guessing either shill reviews or friends of the dev... something like that
