Is there any way to get it off. I know painting is a solution but how to you paint aluminium (please point to a website or explain well). Oh are there any other ways to get it off besides painting, please help me.

Buy a steel case instead of aluminum next time. 🙂

Its not on the insides of the case but the painted side.
I am going to be painting all of my cases in the coming weeks.... I am going to be painting them in different colours though. A mural here and there maybe... but I am sick of looking at sterile cases in my house.... Just some hobby type paint would do it. In your case (pardon the pun) you seem to want to have the powder coating back.... I suppose you could take it to a powder coating place and they could do it for you.
