A Better Overclock.

Couldn't say on the ATI card, but 2.6 from 2.2 is not great on a 90nm opteron. It's by no means bad, but a lot of people seem to have those chips up in the 2.8-2.9 range. Still better than my Athlon64, which is 130nm and only goes to about 2.50 (from the same 2.2 stock that you have).
 
I think my RAM is limiting my overclock I could only get it up to 2.7 at 245MHz on the RAM. I tried 2.8 not stable at all.
 
Your CPU overclock isn't all that high, I got my opty 144 to 2808MHz. 9x multi, 312FSB. I wouldn't know about the GPU overclock I tend to keep up with nvidia not ATI lol.

If your ram is limiting use a divider!! Seesh. I've got my ram running close to 250MHz (default speeds), with a 312MHz FSB with a divider.
 
How do i get a divider.... lol sorry i dont know anything bout RAM and it's been a long time sense i read up on computer stuff.

BIOS, drop it from PC3200 speed to PC2700 speed (or 200mhz to 166mhz).
 
Look in DRAM configuration in the BIOS for speed and set it to 166. This will actually set it to be 5/6 of the HTT speed, so it will be higher than 166 when you overclock. You could even use 133 (2/3) to eliminate the RAM as a possible issue entirely. Reduce the HTT multiplier to 3X also because the total speed shouldn't really exceed 1000 by much and it is not a bottleneck whatsoever above 600 anyway.
 
Use a RAM divider and then if it still is unstable up the voltage. Max voltage I'd be comfortable with is 1.5-1.55v.

I can't tell you what numbers will work for you. Only you can do that. Overclocking is an acquired skill. You can't just sit down, bump the frequency, and be on your way. Tweaking and playing around with it are essential.

Basically what I'm saying is - read up on it.

Edit: Overclockers Forum has one of the best guides. It's where I learned myself. In the guide is a link to "The Memory FAQ" which is another awesome guide dealing with all aspects of RAM from dividers to timings.

 
looking good. opteron guy, just hit ctrl-priint scrn to get the active window of cpu-z and not the whole desktop.
