A beer worth mention.

I've seen it for sale but never tried it. Lately I've been hooked on Sam Adams Octoberfest. That stuff is the bomb, especially when you can get 24 bottles at Costco for under $23. I bought 48 and just ran out, hopefully they're still carrying it seeing as how it's a seasonal brew.
 
damnit i hate florida and the damn laws for microbrews. i can find pete's usually, and on occassion, the strawberry blonde, but never seen any other petes🙁 or any other of the specialties that companies make, outside of sam adams. red hook, shiner bock, rolling rock, anchor steam, nothing but the regular brews (not that i'm gonna complain of course)

but yes, petes is a pretty nice brew!

Too Hoppy? Exactly what do you think has the right amount of hops, water? Pete's is a fairly decent, though hardly outstanding, Americanized pseudo-Bock. It's sweet and malty almost no hops character at all. It's like a German-style late autumn ale run through a filter to remove any bitterness that we might find offensive. Pete's Wicked is one of the 5 or 6 least hoppy beers I've ever tasted.

 
Oh another you should try is Paulener's! the Oktoberfest is OK. But the heifenwies (sp?) is very good.

Yes I like it too.....

Also try this version, it is yummy, though I don't drink more than one or two. I can't handle the sweetness for more than that. But I have to admit it is pretty good for a change.

Here is my favorite though. I just love this stuff. Buy cases at Costco all the time. Yummy.
