Anyone seen that movie? My question is, when he was sent to the crazy house, once scene they had him strapped to a bed and they injected something in him. He had an epileptic seizure afterwards. What did they inject in him? Was it a highly-potent lsd to fry the part of his brain that causes him to be dillusional?

I had actually tried reading the book once (never seen the movie before) and it owned me. Completely. Got about halfway and quit, and I don't remember any of it.

I think you might be thinking of the part where he goes through electro shock therapy. Are the "needles" you are referring to put up to his temples?
