Doing a small DIY project at home, and I'd like to be able to use one set of speakers with 2 audio sources.

Just want to be able to switch the audio sources easily.

I can build something using parts from Radio Shack I am sure, but I'd rather have something fabricated already.

Anyone have any idea? Budget is $50.

AV splitter Coaster mentioned would do the trick.

That said, have you considered not "switching" them and just getting a splitter? to have it take both inputs at the same time? That way, you can simply turn on either source, and you won't have to bother with switching at all? probably cheaper as well if this is a better option....
