A _real_ optical illusion, no BS

I see there was another thread where the poster claimed the link was an optical illusion but wasn't. If you like optical illusions, check this one out.

Here is a really cool one which amazes me still. No BS, no flash, no sound, just a cool illusion.

In the picture, the squares marked "A" and "B" are the same shade of gray. Really.

Even though A looks darker than B, they are both the same color.

I used photoshop to gradually cut away parts until they finally looked the same color. You actually only need like 5 squares. It's pretty amazing.
