a 3dfx voodoo3 on CS?

Can a 3dfx voodoo3 with an AMD K-7 run Counter-strike? the regular version. I know the frame rate is going to be very low but will it be able to run?
 
My memory's a little foggy on this. I was a dedicated Voodoo user, but it's been a while. But I do see there are numerous refernces on UseNet of people using Voodoo 3's, or even Voodoo 2's, with Counterstrike in the 2000-2001 timeframe.
 
Paired with a nice CPU, a Voodoo3 can play HL and CS perfectly. This was the case before steam, anyway 🙁. By regular version, did u mean steam-less? I'm not sure how fast of a K7 you have.

Be sure to use the MiniGL drivers for a small performance boost on 3Dfx cards in GLQuake, Quake 2, Hexen 2, Sin, Half-Life and Heretic 2 🙂.
