A-1 350-watt dual fan, nickel plated power supply.
Under $15 shipped, wouldn't expect much.
First of all this is not technical and I don't suggest putting one in a high end system.
I am not claiming they are great or better then a lower end name brand.
This is what I have observed so far.
1. They are heavy, much heavier than a generic 500-550 watt.
2. In any computer I have installed them in, they never run more than luke warm.
3. I have installed over 150 in the last two years, not one has returned to my shop for replacement.
4. Just for a "let's see what happens" I installed one each in two seperate machines with e2180's @ 3GHz+ and 9600 GT's that both see a lot of gaming. Ran them for one month, they never got more than
slightly warm, computers were rock solid, and the voltages still held steady after the abuse.
I didn't try to overload them to failure, or do any electrical measurments on them, or try a quad core with dual video cards.
I am just amazed that they are this robust and thought it was noteworthy enough to share.
