I'm shooting in the dark...
Do the terminals labeled "Park" simply mean a dead connector for holding a wire?
I'm tracking down the correct wires for slowing my blower motor down.

Anyone have some information about the wiring for me? :)

BTW, I'm aware of all the disclaimers you plan on telling me. :p

I would think that it would be when your system isn't heating or cooling.

looks like those two leads are for the delay that your furnace has before it kicks on the fan after it starts the ignitor.

Try playing around with the wirings to see what happens, but don't blame me if something fail.

Fan speed is control by the dip switch. Normally the blower have low medium & high speed, you can have the fan run in just 1 speed, or any combination off 2 or all three speeds.

I usually mark park on terminals that are there to hold reduntant wires for eg I install 2 temp sensors on a system and I use only one but I tie the wires from the other sensor to the park terminals. Sometimes I have seen park terminals provided to tie down wiring in a multi-purpose system that may be used in case a but not in case b

Call Trane and ask to see if the model that you have have fan speed dip witch option/s.

And, do you have variable speed or fixed speed blower?

My blower is the fixed speed. The other option I had at the time was the DC variable speed blower for about $300 extra.
It would have added about 10% onto the total installation at the time.
Now I'm thinking it might have been worth it.
