______ How to delete extra boot XP OS options? ______

I've only got one XP Pro OS loaded, but get three XP Pro boot options.
* Is there a way to eliminate the two extra besides a fresh format and reinstall?

Yep theres a real easy way to do it.

Go to system --> advanced -->click settings for "startup and recovery" -->click edit, and remove the unused boot options

Make sure you dont remove the real windows xp, i dunno what would happen but things might ah heck up.

Start - Run - msconfig

Click on boot.ini tab.

Check all boot Paths.

It will tell you which ones to delete, and just do so.
