Looking to buy a new case....just want new. Found a few Antecs at these prices....which is the best deal, do you think?

(And please spare me the "I wouldn't buy Antec" comments. Glad you wouldn't, I do. I've owned quite a few brands like Thermaltake, Antec, and others, and keep going back to Antec. Lian-Li is too costly, Silverstone is nice but too costly for what you get, and don't want a "gamer-racer" looking case; just a quiet look and decent build. So those type comments are of no help and not needed....thx!)

P180.....$68

P150.....$72

Sonata II....$52

TX1050B...$60

TX640B....$48

Titan 550.....$80

As an edit.........my componentry going into the new case is an Antec A8N-SLI Premium, Athlon64 3800+, ATI X850XT, 2 x 1GB Corsair XMS, Seagate 160GB SATA, NEC 3540 DVD-RW, ASUS DVD-ROM, Silverstone ST60F power supply.

Depends, i'm a bit of a noise freak, so of that list the first three are the only ones i'd really be looking at.

P180: If i'm building a high end, high powered sysetm
P150: If i'm trying to build a medium end system with very low noise
Sonata II: If i'm pissing about with an older system that i want to silence and have some fun modding.

The P150 would probably get my nod, the P180 is excellent but it's a bitch to work in (where's my damned motherboard tray :| ) and while the sonata II is a good case it's not the look i'd go for.

I'm too lazy to look at the info for the non-p150/p180 links, but I'd go with the P150 if you want the PSU - for the price you're quoting, that is MUCH cheaper than I've seen it anywhere on the web.

I'll second the motion on the Solo. In fact you might give a look at some other new Antec cases like the NSK-6500, and NSK-4400 - the NSK-3300 might be a little on the smallish side. With the prices you're quoting from your supplier you should get real bargains.

The Solo is essentially a P-150 in black with no power supply or stealth DVD covers. When I say essentially I mean they are identical on the inside.

IMHO the P-180 is just too darn big --

WHERE is the p180??!??!!??! at that price you shouldnt even bother looking at the other cases. The p180 for 90 shipped is a wonderful case if your gentle with the side pannel. I hear the side panel has a lot of issues.

p180, at that price, especially if you're somebody who isn't inside his computer tinkering every day. P180 is definitely a case for build it and don't mess with it again.

northbridge fan died on my motherboard. I don't even want to think about digging into the p180 to replace/fix it. I guess that is why i've been running without it for awhile. :)

I have the P150 and I'm saving it for my Conroe build...its a nice subdued case that has the features that I'm looking for at this point. But what it could of better is instead of two 93mm fans in the front intake, a 120mm would of been better...but I suppse that cooling 3 suspended hdd would be better with the 2x93 configuration. And it comes with a 430w NeoHE psu.

The Antec Solo like somebody else said is a black version of the P150 but no psu.

The P180 is good case and even sweeter with the price your quoted but for me, I'm not too jazzed about the compartmentalized internals.

I would go with the Antec P150 at that price because of the quality of the case and most importantly the psu.
