Is there any way to tell what my vision is in terms of _/20 or 20/_ by the packaging of my contacts? I really wanna know, and I'm not seeing the eye doctor for ~ 1 year.
 
what prescription are your contacts. should be labeled like -3.75 or some number like that.

20/20 Plano to -0.25
20/30 -0.50
20/40 -0.75
20/50 -1.00 to -1.25
20/100 -1.75 to -2.00
