I was almost all the way through the process and the guy said he checked with a supervisor and that EMS Computing was not an "authorized reseller" and that Staples would not match their prices.

Spend a couple extra bucks and get the refurb Klipsch 4.1 for $150 or buy my z560's🙂 I did a little side by side comparison when I got the klipsch today & they destroy the z560's.
 
How good were your Klipsch, VaG? I'm a little cautious cause the website said they might have cosmetic damages. I wouldn't like it if my speakers came with a BIG a$$ scratch on it.
