99% OT: Fractal Geometry Program

A very neat program that draws mathmatical functions know as fractals. It allows you to zoom in infinantly to reveal further details.

On a related topic, does anyone have an idea of what year of PC would be equivalent to a TI-83+ graphing calculator?
 
Check here for some specs (I seem to remember the Z80 as being somewhat related to an Intel 8086 or 80286, so the MHz ratings should be similar).
