9800XT issue

I have a 9800XT and I have this same problem on both MB?s I have tried it on (P4C800-E deluxe w/2.4 and NF7-s w/ 2600 mobile) runs great when I don?t OC the FSB but as soon as I pump the bus I get 5 vertical artifact lines about ½ inch each. The AGP is locked @ 66 . I can put my AIW 9600 Pro and OC like crazy on the same systems. Am I missing something here? I thought as long as the AGP is @ 66 the card wouldn?t know the FSB had been changed. Any help is greatly appreciated

try setting it to 67. agp voltage at 1.5 or 1.65 should be fine.
