The temp for my 9800SE is showing 44c, This is when the system is idle. Is this normal or high? I also installed the catalyist 4.10 driver and when I try to open the catalyst control panel I get this dialog box, CLI- Application Error The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135), Click on OK to terminate the application. I have reinstalled it and get the same reply.
