9800se or 9500pro?

I have the chance to buy at almost the same price a Sapphire 9800se or a 9500pro. Which is best?

I'd buy 9500pro as it is sure it will work very fast. 9800SE maybe can't be modded.

9500 pro will be faster unless you get lucky and the 9800 mods.

There are 2 versions of the 9800SE and the faster model is usually much more expensive than the 9500/9600pro. Eg. ? fticomputer

9800SE ? 380/340?.256bit bus? $239 ? ? (= 9600pro?s performance)
9800SE ? ? 325/250 ? 128bit bus ?$151 ? (slower than 9600pro)

The 9800SE ? 380/340?.256bit bus has L shaped memory configuration 2.8ns memory. The 9800SE 325/250 ? 128bit bus ? has I shaped memory configuration 4.0/3.6ns memory.

I would really avoid 9800SE?s as they are IMO really junk (unless I was pretty well guaranteed a softmod to a 9800pro which only the faster version of the 9800SE can do.). I have no idea why ATI produced 9800SE?s. IF the 9800SE was somewhere between the 9500/9600pro and 9800np in performance it might be a decent card. But as it is, the 9500pro is a little faster than the faster version of the 9800SE and a lot faster than the slower version.
