Hi,
I can get a Sapphire 9800pro OEM for $299 and was wondering if it was slower then the retail cards? or if it just doesn't come with software? Also, are the Sapphire cards suppose to be just as good as the ones made by ATI?
Thanks

Same card just different stuff comes with it. Nothing usually comes with OEM stuff aside from driver cd's.

Next time do a search as this is probably the 10th time I've seen this EXACT topic in the last week or so.

You can get one new at Newegg for $200 or so.

Buy the oem card instead of the retail card, the only thing that you will be missing is the retail box. You will just want to download drivers from ati.com

Before you drop $299 on this card, realize that newegg.com has it for $212 (free shipping)

Link to $212 sapphire 9800 pro

The quality between retail cards and OEM cards is exactly the same.

I believe the warranty is 1 year for both the Sapphire OEm and retail.

Where on earth is he paying $300 for an OEM 9800 Pro? Is this the 256mb version or something?

EB Games sells them for $299, as do many retail store if there is no sale or rebate. That's the MSRP.
