I've done some searching and have found suggestions for GPU cooling fans but have found nothing about which is best. Are there any reviews on this subject, or has anybody here tested any out to make any comparisons?

The stock fan is quite good. If you want to improve cooling maybe you could deshim the core and replace the stock thermal pad with some decent thermal compound. If you really want extreme cooling get the zalman heatpipe cooler and point a fan at it.

I hope I never have to replace the fan on my 9800 Pro.

Did you overclock WataGump before the fan died?

I had it O/Ced a while ago but I dont do it anymore for a whole what 5 fps maybe. The fan just died on its own and from reading other forums its common thing for alot of Gigabyte owners, mine is a built by ATI card. My card is also a year old next month so its not like it died overnight.
