9800NP power problems?

I'm having trouble with a new 9800NP picked up on sale at CircutCity.

Here is the basics of the rig:

Biostar p4tca pro 875P mobo
Dual channel memory, etc
350watt antec PSU (Not sure which one)
P4 2.6c OCd to ~3ghz

When I drop the new radeon in and connect the power plug the system will not power on. Just a brief jolt, then everything stops.

Works fine with the previous GF4 Ti4400

If I start the system without the extra power connector attatched to the radeon it stars and beeps like crazy and displays the 'you forgot the power connector, moron' screen.

My guess is my PSU is not up to the load. I've tried disconnecting all drives, extra cards, etc. But same result every time.
The radeon works perfectly in two other systems I've tested it in. One a 1700+ with k7s5a and the other a dell dimension 4400.

Anyone have any sugestions? Thanks!
