I just put together my new system with a Sapphire 9800np (from the newegg deal about a week or two ago), and I'm getting what I'm guessing is artifacting(don't know exactly what this term means, but I'm seeing random lines and dots all over the place). I have not yet installed the video drivers, so will that make a difference(I was gettin similar effects before windows was even installed, so I figured it isn't a drive issue)? The thing that really got me is with the side case panel (antec sonata) removed, the screen was fine, but as soon as I put it on, the display went to ish...This would of course seem like a cooling issue, but I don't see how the card is even stressed uder normal windows operation...any ideas? I will proabably RMA the card if it doesnt get better soon...

80gb seagate sata
120gb WD ATA
cpu is operating at about 28C, mobo at 23C
