Not bad, but I expect 9800 Pro to drop to these levels in the next couple months...I'm going to wait for the 6600GT

Seems like a fair price for a retail card with software (Power DVD and Blackhawk Down game). I've been using "backup copy" software on my box for a while now and as I'm getting older now, I'm starting to feel guilty about it. Legit copy of Power DVD alone costs a few bucks, plus the game can go to my son as a "gift" which will score a few points for dear old Dad!

Very tempting.

I have a 9800NP and love it, but I don't think I'd pay $150 for it today.
I bought it for $200 about a year ago and it was a BBA (longer warranty) and came with Half-Life 2 coupon. This one is only "Powered by ATi", so 1 year warranty, and only Black Hawk down bundled.

It's not a BAD deal by any means, but nothing outstanding either. Today, I'd wait for NVidia 6600 deals to appear.

Oh and those cards rarely clock to XT levels and are stable. Mine does 390/320, which is decent but far from the XT. Don't bank on overclocking, it's never guaranteed.
