9800GTX Overclocking questions

So i have a 9800GTX and i have some questions about it:
1.) What is considered a good and high overclock?
2) Can i flash it to a 9800GTX+ BIOS?
3.) What are average idle temps?

I dont know about the BIOS flash but I can tell you this. the 9800 GT or 8800 GT were soo popular for many reasons one of them being you can really OC the living heck out of it and it would run all games 1080p easy..... Anyhow

Tell me what your OC is right now ?

Also note, to use a app to manually take fan to 100 percent when gaming,, then take it back to 30 percent at your desktop.

Your main OC concern is the memory. The higher you OC that the quicker and higher frame rates you will get. By adjusting core or shader you wont see as big of a difference, plus you dont need a voltage mod for the VRAM.....

Fill me in on your stock clocks, Then tell me your OC clocks, and we see what we can do to get everything out of it. and full load temps ?

My 9800GTX is currently at 778 core, 1123 mem, and 1935 shader. its the default clocks for the EVGA 9800GTX+ Superclock, I figured it was a good place to start. Im idling at 50C, another thing i noticed was that my card doesnt downclock itself like my GTX 470 does when its in 2D mode. Should mine do that?

EDIT - I flashed the BIOS before, thats why their higher than ref.

EDIT - EDIT - Im in NibItor now and i see a bunch of clocks:
3D, Extra, Thrtl, and @d. All of them are 0 except for extra, is that normal or should i change those? thanks

Just tried flashing it to a 9800GTX+ BIOS and now my card appeas as a 8800GT. Is there a way to make it recognize it as a 9800GTX+ or will i have to keep it at 9800GTX?
