On the sticker it has.

Made in Cananda not for resell.

The part no shows up on ATI website as this. (below)

I cant find on ATI site if this is covered under warranty.

You might want to send them an email to find out. Since it looks like an OEM Dell card I wouldn't be surprised if any warrenty would be through Dell.
