I can't post a link at the moment because it seems as if the Best Buy near our house is the only one advertising the sale.

HMMMM..

Rebate says 256mb version...but maybe that means 256-bit performance..I dont know...Does BB even offer the 256MB version of the 9800 pro?

Good Question

It looks like it is only 128MB version. 🙁 If it was 256MB it would be hot. Otherwise wait until the X series are released. The 9800 Pro is expected to come down in price considerably in a few weeks.

compusa had it for 249.99-30IR-20MIR=199.99 last week, i'm not sure if its still going, but thats better then waiting for a $50 MIR

I would definately take the BB deal over atacom's even though you have to wait for rebate. ATACOM charges shipping. Good deal.

How reliable are ATACOM though? Because based on reseller ratings, their 6-month rating is 5.00 and their lifetime rating is 6.58 which doesn't seem very good to me.

Anyone have any experiences with them? Kinda interested in getting the 9600pro

hehe you haven't checked Best Buy's Reseller Rating have you? 🙂

HAHAHAHA! Boy best buys sucks, shify third rate scam artists have better reseller ratings than that.

Well unless shipping costs are more than $20, it's not a better deal. Tax on $250 is a good chunk.
