9800 Pro Cat 3.9 - Anyone else having artifacts in MOH

When I load the game I get dotted artifacts in MOH anyone else or anyone know how to get rid of this.
 
I recently quit using my 9800 Pro due to Texture flaring in MOHAA, and a few other probs in other games, Hope you have better luck than I did, as I tried All ATI drivers from 3.6 and up, including the Omegas, nothing helped, and yes, I had the patch for it as well.
 
From what I read these days, Cat 3.9 is just fubar. 3.8s are best to date if I've heard correctly...

Personally, I use an Nvidia card, so I don't have driver problems 😀
 
well after trying a few things, setting the colour depth to 16bit instead of 32 fixed everything. no artifacts, tearing or nothing the game runs fine with every setting maxed out.
 
I've played through MOHAA and both expansion packs and I haven't had any issues except in Spearhead where the water would sometimes disappear in the mission where you rowed across the river.
 
I've been playing breakthrough.

Using 9800Pro and cat 3.9. Haven't noticed any propblems other than the game is sorta hard.
