9800 Pro 128 Meg or 256?

I'm seriously looking at getting the 9800 Pro so I can play Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault. I can get a 9800 Pro from Newegg for $165 or I can pay about $250 for a 9800 Pro with 256 meg of ram. But if I'm going to pay $250 for a 9800 Pro with 256 meg of ram wouldn't it be better just to pay around $270 for a GeForce 6800 with 128 meg of ram?

I understand that the 6600 will be out at some point in AGP form, but I can't wait around for ever for that to come out......

Medal of Honor comes out next week, so I really want to pick a card and place my order by Monday.....

Thanks

I would personally get a 9800pro 128mb or a 6800NU. If your going to get a 9800pro make sure its the 256-bit version and not the 128-bit.

And sell Far Cry to EB if you don't want it, or just go with the 128mb 9800pro if you don't want to spend that much.

What's the difference between the 256 bit and the 128 bit 9800 Pro? I noticed that the 256 bit version is about 50 bucks more expensive than the 128 bit version.

Yeah Extreme gamers should probably go with a card that will run everything 100 times better then it needs to run but a Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb WITH 256bit will run all the games out now on High with virtually no lag.

Btw im selling my 6 month old Radeon Pro 128mb 256bit card and it has R360 Core so its a really good card, my friend talked me into buying a $400 card this is just kinda a discount, the card is great and gave me no problems all the cords are still in original packaging but i bought OEM so no box, im selling it with shipping USPS for $165. Anyway its on this site the sellers name is Shaotai !
Check it out.
