Hello users :). Long time lurker but first time poster so be gentle!

I just recently bought a 25 inch monitor to connect to my 9800 GS. I will connect through DVI and keep my old monitor on the analog connection.

System specs:
P4 2.8 ghz
3 gb ram
9800 GS
Windows XP

I was wondering if this configuration was suitable for running two displays at max resolution? The only things I plan on doing are watching videos on one display while playing multiple poker tables on the other, so no heavy gaming. Is the 9800 GS suitable for this? Or should I look into buying another video card? Thank you.

Never heard of a 9800GS... I know of a 8800GS or a 9600GSO.

Anyway, those things you'll be doing aren't 3D tasks so the graphics card is irrelevant. You'll be fine.
