9800 dying?? :(

So, i just came back from a lan, and my 9800 non pro started acting up. On one monitor, it was fine, but the other had connection problems with the primary vga adapter. The display turs all blue-ish tinted, but if i wiggle it i can get the regular display back. Also, if i leave one side a tiny bit unscrewed (the monitor cable) it seems to be ok. This problem is verified on two different monitors. It works on 2 other monitors, but exhibits the same problems until their cables are fully screwed in.

What is the problem? Is my card dying or something? Do i need to rma it? BTW: its a Built by Ati card.
