Hello,

A few months a go i purchased 2x EVGA 980ti KINGPIN edition GPU's. They are awesome cards to say the least. I have EKWB waterblocks on them in a continuous loop through the whole system. The cards themselves are in parallel. Ever since I got them I usually have a very quiet fan curve and they never went above 40-43c under load. Today my computer froze and I noticed my computer was very hot. I see now that my main card is 50c under load with a medium fan curve (which is very high IMO) I hate to rip apart my loop. My radiators are pretty clean and I have dual pumps in series on high speed with a triple 120, single 140, and single 120. all in push/pull.

Also no OC

Any thoughts?

can you isolate the freeze to a specific task? has it happened again? 50c isnt all that hot under load

Warmer weather around your location lately?

50c isn't enough to lock your rig up. 50c is still ice cold compared to the normal 80+c those cards operate at on air. What was your CPU temp like? You also said no OC. Does that count as no OC on the CPU as well?
