Would you rather have a 98-01 F-Body or Mustang GT? Assuming the F-Body had an LS1, I think it's a no brainer. I'd take an SS, TA, Z28, GT. I don't know, I'm not what you'd call a redneck but I know like 10 girls with mustangs, they just seem like a jetta to me... I know they are decently fast, it's just an opinion thing...

F-Body LS1

Cant beat the red neck, mullet image !!!

Faster, larger interior, more comfortable, better gas mileage, usually cheaper and requires less maintenance.

Millenium-

I like the dash and interior although it could be better quality and the seating position suits my size as well. (5'9" and about 165)

How much is insurance for someone, a male, under 25 to drive a Trans Am or z28?About, or even over 25. How much is a GT?

Why don't you call up a couple companies and ask? That depends HIGHLY on your driving record and where you live. Even a different zip code/county makes a VERY LARGE difference.

I pay roughly $100 a month for full coverage 100/300 with spotless driving record (very lucky) and all deductions but then again I AM OLD! :(

LS1 F-Body should be faster than most stock mustangs, but it really comes down to the appearance of the two. I really prefer the Mustang body, and interior over the F-Body, but there are a few f-bodies that look really nice. I particularly like the Pontiac variant, the T/A I believe with the Ws6 package like the SS. There is a guy in town with a late 90's one that I have had a few minor races with. It's all black, with the ram air hood and the larger chrome rims...looks very nice, and goes good too. It's pretty much a preference thing.

I'd have a tough time kicking a Ws6 packaged Jet Black Firehawk out of my garage.

Nice flaunt of the rack in the first pic, and the NAWZZZ in the trunk, I love it!

from what I hear, the f-body is faster, handles better, and IMO it also looks better (although I prefer the look of the older 80's models).

FBody hands down. Especially if we're talking out of the box (stock for stock) :D

I'll stick with a Vette.... but F-Body isnt a bad 2nd choice.. definitely not a Mustang. I had a Z28 a few years ago and now have a Vette. I enjoyed both, but its tough to beat a Vette.
