Well i flashed my Sapphire oem 9700np 7 bladed ati fan 2.86 sansung
i used the pal=>ntsc 9700np unlocked bios and took it up to pro speeds. Now since this card was just a 9700pro in disguise, how high should i be able to take it. BTW, i have the windows in my room open cause i love it cold and my case temp is 23c and cpu 2100@2.3ghz temp is 32c

Shoulkd i reflash with a PRO Bios and not the unlocked 9700np one

If it's anything like the 9800 non pro/pro then go for the Pro BIOS all the way because that allows you to o/c much farther (various theories on this... more voltage to the RAM, etc).

I'd guess maybe something like 350/340 +/- 10 MHz on both core and memory would be the limit for your o/c with the Pro BIOS. Also, during intense 3d settings, touch your RAM chips to see if they get really hot. My samsung 3.3's got very hot on my 9800np, and after flashing to Pro and putting on some cheap OCZ RAMsinks with thermal tape, I can take that memory to 387MHz!!
