Should i use AF,AA and TRUFORM?

Whats the difference between the 3 and whats the performance hit of each? I had truform off and set AF,AA in ATI PANAL to game select

Yes, try them all! If you run into a situation where a game performs poorly, turn them off, no big woop.

They make it look extra good, so use it when you can. There is a huge performance hit with all three on though, so see how high you can set it to make it still playable.

Hehe, "what is the difference between the three"? Right-click each one and click "What is this" in the menu. These control completely different things.

Also, TruForm will have no effect in most games/software.

AF
because of the way a gfx card renders stuff, the further away a texture is, the more blurred it is, AF eliminates this to a degree, on a 9700 the performance drop isnt much on any setting.
FSAA
eliminates the jagged edges from surfaces in a game. Depending on the resolution, level of FSAA, and complexity of game world, the performance drop varies.
TruForm
A rendering technique that turns low poly game models into higher poly ones. This is ment for older games, and doesnt perform very well with a 9700pro, as for proper use, it needs 2 tmu`s per pipeline, which the 9700pro does not have.
