9700 Pro settings for 3DMark

What settings should I adjust for running 3DMark? Should I set everything to "performance" or what? With everything on the lowest setting I score 125XX.
 
Ive heard that most people set it for performance.
Ive tested with both and there only a few hundred 3d marks difference. For me anyway.
 
there is one reason at all to use 3dmark. To see how your actual ingame performance will be compared to others. use the settings you will for games.
