9700 pro power cable pinout

I am looking for information regarding the pinout for the power connector for the ATI 9700 pro ( genuine ATI ).

I managed to lose my adapter when I disposed of an old case and did not want to experiment with it.

Are the pins the same as what a floppy drive uses?

I am looking for confirmed information or a link to a schematic if possible.

its the same as the hard drive power cable it plugs in to.
