9700 Pro over clocking problem

I have BBA 9700 Pro, using Omega Driver's hacked driver. I am trying give some OC test for my card. I used Radclocker on Omega Driver package, changed clock speed... but after I reboot the system, clock speed goes back to the original clock speed. Why does my card can't maintain the OC'ed clock speed after reboot?

Spec:

2.4c@3.06
Abit IS7-E bios 16
2x 512, 1 gig pc-3200 ram (2-6-2-2)
Audigy 2
Antec True Power Blue 480w
80g & 120 g HDD.

before exiting the oc tab be sure to press the "use current" then ok that should work (dunno if omega changed radlocker's setup though)
