9700 Pro - loose power connection

After moving my AIW card in and out of it's slot a few times, and then to a new motherboard, it's power connection seems loose. Every once in awhile after moving the case, but not touching it's power, it won't boot saying that the power isn't connected. After I wiggle it around a little, it boots fine.

The connector on the card seems a bit loose - it seems like the solder isn't holding up on the 4 connections. I'm pretty inexperienced with a soldering iron, the only time with electronics being a build-it-yourself radio with lots of room for error. Is this something I could attempt on my own, or should I leave it up to a professional? If the latter, do I send it back to AIW for repair or what?

I also seem to get random reboots from time to time- less since I upped the VAGP to 1.7, but it still happens - and I'm thinking it's related to this. Is there any way to monitor the actual voltage going to the card?

Any help greatly appreciated
