9700 Pro AIW and Zalman ZM80A-HP

Will this heatpipe fit on the ATI 9700 Pro All-in-Wonder video card? I worry that maybe the Philips tuner thing would get in the way. Does anybody have any first hand experience with this or know about it at all? LMK boys, PM's are preferrable since I hardly ever check the email I had to use to sign up for the forum!
