They made it very easy to fill out the paperwork online or snail mail. The lawfirm/class action group sent me an post card via snail mail last year (along with emails from Newegg).

Hopefully mine shows up this week. I bought two cards and submitted them online last fall. TBH, I'd forgotten about it until I saw this thread.

It takes what, 3-4 minutes to fill out those claims and click "submit" or even snail mail them back? That's....$450/hour pay rate. ...who's time is somehow worth more than $450/hour? :D

That's pretty cheap for certain types of attorneys. Like specialists in patent law.

Let's just say I would think $450/hour is a bargain for certain kinds of work.

But yes, for the rest of us mere mortals it is definitely worth our time! :p

Still waiting on my check, I did submit it at the very end of the window though.

I received a letter yesterday stating that my claim was deficient and that I needed to provide proof of purchase. I did this originally when I filled out the claim form on the class action website. Guess I'll do it again.

Well at least there is still opportunity I guess... when you call the number, there is no way to talk to anyone. I see on another forum a lot of people got these denial letters recently, so I'm guessing that's what I'll get too.

Send rejection letter, hope to receive at most 50% of them back again. Nice mail-in-rebate tactics there from Nvidia legal.

Same thing with rebates. Reject first and make the person have to claim they sent in everything with proof. Easy way to keep the $

No check or rejection letter - yeah, its just like the typical MIR scams where you know you sent everything in correctly and then either never hear from them or get shot down for some trivial omission they claim you did.

same rejection letter which is surprising since I provided the serial and printout of newegg order. reject first and see who tries again? I will try again

I received one of these letters also. It is kind of bogus since I gave them this info the first time. I filled it out and sent it in, hopefully it will be ok this time.

Nothing here yet. No letter no check. Pretty sure mine was 100% online with pdf uploaded supporting documents. Think I captured screenshots at that time.

On another note my old lady thinks she's a master of weeding out junk mail so it may have gotten ripped up and thrown away.

Isn't it 20$ per card or some small amount?

Hey, I'm happy! I'm not really that upset about the card. It rocks 1080p (where I'm currently at). I feel that Nvidia marketed their product in a misleading manner (at best). I got $30 credit from Amazon when they didn't supply me with the promised game code and now I get $30 from the settlement. Accounting for the money back, my total cost for my MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G is $270, purchased back in December 2014. I'm certain there was a $30 MIR as well. That makes it $240 end cost.
