960T Voltage

I just installed a 960T and unlocked it to 6 cores. I set the voltage to 1.3v in the bios. Cool and Quiet is enabled. Running Prime95 on all 6 core, CPUId Hardware Monitor is showing that the cpu voltage is averaging 1.18v. I was just wondering why it does not go to 1.3v at full load.

I was also wondering which temp is the cpu temp in Hardware Monitor.

It's probably Turbo Voltage. See it spikes to 1.30 occasionally.

Run wPrime or LinX, the highest temp will be your CPU.
