9600XT Driver Issue

Title pretty much sums it up.

I recently installed an Arctic Cooling VGA Sikencer Rev3 on it.

Although I only noticed it being gone today. It used to be there.

Anything?

Checked this same problem elsewhere. All the startup options for ATI are enabled in msconfig, which sometimes causes this. Also, I do have a TV connected to the S-video output, but it is disabled.

The card runs at 41 idle, 45 in-game with Far Cry. Silencer at full speed.

Anything?!
