9600 A-I-W..help!

Well the new computer came in from newegg, is built, and all gravy..but i need some help on how to play my PS1 on the computer..i know the card is capable of doin it..but i don't know where to go/what to press. I've got them all connected to ATI's input adapter, connected to the A/V in on the card. Does anyone know how to work this?

Anyone know how to display the PS1 on the monitor through the composite cable that's connected to ATI all in wonder's input adapter? There's no program that does it.nor does the manual & help say anything about it..help!!!

*Connect the A/V Composite cables into the purple breakout box.
*Turn on PS1
*Click on the TV icon on the MMC launchpad
*Complete the TV initialization wizard.
*Click on the input selector icon on the TV app and pick "composite" from the list
*You should be seeing the PS1 screen in the TV window if all went well.
