Uranium City, Saskatchewan?

close!...none other than NYC (dont people call it THE city?)

We call New Orleans "The city" because we're so close to it. I thought you meant Tokyo, to be honest.

Statue of Liberty
Museum of Natural History
Art Museum
Times Square (Sorry no hookers anymore)
Empire State Building
WTC construction site if there is anything to see there (haven't been there in a long time)
USS Intrepid
Central Park (NOT AT NIGHT!)
South Street Seaport.

If your into shopping:
Macys
Head across the river to Ikea in Elizabeth or Paramus and get some swedish meatballs with potatoes and dingleberries, grab some nifty cheap crap.

Probably much more I'm forgetting.

I live in NYC...and I'm fscking bored to tears. I've lived here my whole life (20 years) I'm a loser, I know :-D

Cool, sounds like a plan to start off with. What happens in Central Park at night? Abductions and cappings?

New York is generally called "The Big Apple"

"The City" is a vague term and is generally used by country folk meaning they are going to a non-rural area. Any town with like 5000 or more people could be called "the city" to them, since many of the little unincorporated "towns" have 200 or less people living in them..

New York = The City

only tourists refer to it as the big apple. heh.

I'm pretty sure it's an area specific thing... but to all us northeasterners, it's definately "the city"

From what I hear pretty much. If you want to be parted from your wallet and maybe your life then Central Park is the place to be at night. 😛

Almost forgot if you go to the Statue of Liberty you might as well go to Ellis Island too.
