I am using Flashrom to try and flash the bios on my Gigabyte Radeon 9550...I have read a few articles about how these cards can be flashed to 9600 pro or XT etc. I am just going to flash to 9600, it says if you have Hynix or Samsung it can be done.
anyway i keep getting an error "can't open file" after typing in.
flashrom -f -p 0 "gigabyte ....".bin
then it comes up with the red error and 5 #'s....
so i had flashrom check to see if it was locked and it said it was...
how do you unlock a bios or can you...
