Which means it isnt stable.

Right. I'm not a hard-core overclocker. As you can see this overclock was achieved by increasing the CPU mult. from 16 to 20, and bumping the Vcore slightly.

I didn't even mess with the bus freq.

I'm currently running it at 3.8GHz w/ 1.375Vcore, and it's 24/7 stable.

Just ordered my 955 should be here later this week, hopefully. I updated to the latest Beta BIOS for my DFI board so I am ready to rock. Will update post I get things going.
