9500 softmodded problems with doom 3

Hey i bought a 9500 softmodded to 9700 of the FS/FT forums, and it artifacts in doom 3. It also artifacts in 3dmark 03 vertex test as well. Screenshot provided. I tried it with softmodded catalyst drivers and omega drivers.

System specs:
Pentium 4 HT 2.8
ATI radeon 9500 > 9700 (softmodded catalyst)
512 DDR

I'd want my money back. If you are willing to, you could discuss it with them and see if they will allow you to try flashing back, but since you didn't buy it to be a 9500 sending it back is the way to go IMO.
